DELIVERY
I aim to ship all prints and paintings within 3-5 working days of receiving your order.
Sketchbooks are hand-made to-order, so the lead time will vary. I always note the current lead time at the top of the product description.
Although automatic checkout for sketchbooks is limited to the UK, EU, USA, Canada and Australia, I can ship to anywhere in the world, please just contact me for a quote.
I will contact you after you've ordered to let you know the exact shipping date. When the item ships I will supply you with a tracking code so you can follow its progress.
Please note that if you purchase an item from outside the UK, you may be liable to pay additional sales tax/VAT, and/or import/customs duties on the delivery. If you would like to pay this up front please get in touch - I may be able to facilitate this via my shipping app Easyship.
I ship to the UK, Australia and EU with Royal Mail, and the USA and Canada with UPS. If you would prefer a specific carrier, please contact me.
EU customers - unfortunately I am unable to offer the IOSS scheme, so VAT sales tax will be due on delivery. If you would prefer to pay VAT at checkout please visit my Etsy store.
USA & Canada orders to PO Boxes will require a shipping surcharge to use Royal Mail, since UPS (and most couriers) will not ship to them.
RETURNS
I'm sure you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from my online shop, but if you are not, then I’m happy to offer a full refund, as long as it is within the terms of my returns policy.
Please note that any items that have been personalised, customised or bespoke-made are excluded from this policy and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are faulty or damaged.
If you wish to return an item for any reason for a full refund, you have 14 days from the date that the item is delivered to notify me by email. Please include your order number with this, and a description of the item. I will reply to your email to confirm receipt, and will give you a returns number and the return address, which is in London UK E14.
After this, you must make sure that I receive the product within a further 14 days. It must be ‘as new’ with no trace of usage. Worn, damaged or used items will not be refunded or exchanged.
You are liable for the return postage, and for any postal loss in the return of the item, so I strongly advise that you send it via a tracking service that offers insurance cover.
Please re-use the original packaging to return the item (for example the glassine wrap, cardboard edging and book mailer for sketchbooks, and the cellophane slip case and postal tube for prints), in order to securely protect it against damage, as you are responsible for ensuring the product is returned without damage.
Please include your returns number in or on the box. I will contact you when the item arrives to let you know I have received it.
Please note that if you are returning an item from outside the UK, additional taxes and import/customs duties may be charged on the item being returned, and this cost is liable to be paid by you. If additional taxes or import/customs duties are charged on an item being returned from outside the UK, then this amount will be deducted from the refund. I recommend you mark the box as a ‘return to seller item’, but cannot guarantee that this will ensure the package is not subject to additional import tax or customs duties.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Refunds will be paid within 14 days of the date I receive the item. Refunds can only be made to the card used to pay for the order.
You can also exchange your product for any other product in the online shop (subject to stock availability). Please inform me which item you would like to exchange the original item for in your returns email, and I will advise you of the additional shipping cost. You may only exchange an item once. Exchange items will not be shipped until the item being returned has been received.

Our store is hosted on Big Cartel. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

PRIVACY
Will J Bailey takes the issue of your privacy and the protection of your personal data very seriously. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
This store is hosted on Big Cartel. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Big Cartel’s data storage, databases and the general Big Cartel application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
We never share your personal information with third parties unless it is absolutely crucial - e.g. your name and address with the courier company in order to fulfil deliveries to you.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Any newsletters or e-marketing information is strictly opt-in by you, and we use 'MailChimp' to send out this information.
'MailChimp' operates a double opt-in process, meaning that you sign up for email marketing and then opt-in a second time by clicking a confirmation link emailed to you. This means you should only receive marketing information from us if you really want it, we don't want you to feel tricked.
We never share your personal information with anybody else, for any kind of marketing. You will only receive marketing from Will J Bailey, and only if you opt-in. The exception to this is that we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our 'Terms & Conditions' (also referred to as 'Terms of Service’).
At the bottom of every email we send through MailChimp there is an 'unsubscribe' link, simply click the link to opt-out and withdraw from receiving any of our marketing information. You can also contact us to say that you want to completely (or partially) opt-out and you want to withdraw your consent for us to contact you, continue to collect, use or disclose your information. Your request will be immediately actioned.
Similarly, if you would like to: access, correct, amend or delete any personal information we have about you, register a complaint, or simply want more information, please contact us in the Contact section of this website.
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
